The Texas Gospel Music Show is almost here! We want your weekend to go as smoothly as possible. Before you pack your bags and hit the road, here is what you need to know to make the most of your time at Esports Stadium Arlington.

All Texas Gospel Music Show events take place under one roof at Esports Stadium Arlington. Daytime chapel services, showcases, special events, evening concerts, vendors, concessions, and merchandise areas are all located within the same facility.
Parking
Parking is plentiful around Esports Stadium Arlington.
The surface lot next to the Esports Stadium is managed by the City of Arlington and is $10 per vehicle, per day, with in-and-out access. Enter through the drive between the building and the marquee sign.
A parking garage also allows access to the rear entrance of the stadium. This garage is privately operated, and rates may vary based on occupancy.
Please note: Parking is not managed by the Texas Gospel Music Show. We do not control pricing, availability, or garage rates.
Free Shuttle Service
Shuttle service is reserved for registered guests of the Hilton Arlington within our official Texas Gospel Music Show group block.
Complimentary shuttle service will operate between the Hilton Arlington and Esports Stadium Arlington for registered hotel guests in our room block.
The ride is only a few minutes. However, shuttle service operates on a fixed schedule with one bus in rotation, so planning ahead is important.
Key details:
Shuttle service runs at scheduled times throughout the day.
Morning service is timed specifically for Chapel each day.
There is a scheduled shuttle break from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Shuttle service will pause during evening concerts and resume immediately following for return trips to the hotel.
For exact departure times, please refer to the posted shuttle schedules at the hotel and at the venue.
If you prefer not to wait, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the venue is just a short drive from the hotel.
Handicapped Accessibility
Esports Stadium Arlington is fully accessible.
A ramp is located at the front entrance for easy wheelchair and scooter access. Inside the facility, there are no stairs or additional ramps to navigate.
For evening concerts in the Stadium venue:
Wheelchair seating is located at the end of the row corresponding to your assigned seat.
Chairs can be removed as needed to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters.
For Chapel and Showcase events:
Seating is provided at tables.
Chairs may be removed to create space for wheelchairs or scooters.
If you need assistance, please notify an usher upon arrival, and we will be happy to help.
Meals & Dining
If you purchased an all-inclusive package that includes meals, you will need to pick up your meal tickets at the box office.
VIP Premium pass holders will receive meal tickets during VIP Registration on Thursday evening.
Meal selections were requested in advance at the time of purchase. If you did not submit meal selections in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you at pickup. However, specific meal options cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests.
Concessions will be available throughout the venue. Options typically include more than standard snacks and may include meal items, though availability may vary.
There are also several restaurants located within a short drive of Esports Stadium Arlington.
Event T-Shirts & Hats
This year’s event t-shirts and hats feature the new Texas Gospel Music Show logo.
Available for purchase beginning Friday at 5:00 PM at the merchandise table.
Available while supplies last.
If your VIP package includes a t-shirt and/or hat:
You were sent a form after purchase to select your item and size.
Those who completed the form will receive a ticket for their specific item at VIP Registration on Thursday.
If you did not submit your selection:
Your ticket will indicate T-Shirt or Hat - As Available.
These items may be redeemed beginning Friday after 1:00 PM.
If your ticket is for a specific item and size, we strongly recommend redeeming it prior to 5:00 PM Friday to ensure availability.
At 5:00 PM Friday, all remaining inventory will be available for general sale and redemption on a first-come, first-served basis.
Helpful Reminders
Morning Chapel services are free and open to the public. No ticket is required for Chapel.
Evening concerts, showcases, the Late Night Biscuits & Jam Session, VIP events, meal functions, and other ticketed activities require the proper ticket, pass, credential, or meal ticket.
VIP-exclusive events are reserved for guests who purchased the appropriate VIP package. No VIP pass means no entry to VIP-only events.
Please keep your tickets, credentials, meal tickets, and merchandise redemption tickets with you throughout the weekend.
